Thanks so much, everyone! I used to do a ton of these and I've just picked it up again - it's really one of my favorite things. I'm too lazy for the intricacies of printmaking, and I still like keeping it direct!
Peachy Cheek, (love your work) I use clayboard panels which are prepared black over white clay - they're a little pricey and you can also get prepared papers that cost a little less. They're nice too because you can cut out and collage elements. I got the stuff at Utrecht.
